Seasonal Galas
Twice a year American Ballet Theatre hosts a Gala event to complement the Summer and Fall seasons. To prepare for each event, I work with an outside agency to coordinate talent attendees (Mick Jagger, Katie Holmes, Katie Couric, Molly Ringwald, Zac Posen), red carpet and performing arts press, event photographers and post-event releases and coverage. The 2023 Fall Gala received 1.8M media impressions.

Press Preview Events
As an introduction to new ballets, ABT coordinates press preview events that include welcome cocktails, working rehearsal with ABT dancers and the work's creative team, a Q&A session and a closing cocktail hour. For such events, I have been responsible for managing press invite lists, working with internal teams on run of show and catering logistics and interfacing with members of the press throughout the evening.

Tour Stop Activities & Performances
During American Ballet Theatre tours - both domestic and internationally - I serve as a liaison between the venue and ABT, securing dancer participation and press attendance at engagement activities ranging from master classes and press conferences to photoshoots and social media takeovers. During performances, I distribute press tickets and supervise media capture.

Paramount's MTV VMAs
While at Paramount, I attended the MTV Video Music Awards as one of the press supervisors for CEO Bob Bakish and family on the red carpet, during cocktail hour and throughout the performance evening.
