Through my interdisciplinary studies, I developed my critical thinking, research and interpersonal skills, winning a thesis prize from the Renée Crown Honors Program.

Honors Thesis: Social Advocacy & Broadway

I completed a thesis for the Reneé Crown University Honors Program titled: "Social Advocacy: A Look Into How Broadway Activates Publics Beyond The Stage."

I was able to present my research at the 2022 Newhouse Spring Research Symposium, as well as in a radio interview with campus station WAER88.3 FM.

My project won the distinction of Honorable Mention - Professional Category at the Honors Convocation Ceremony.

PR Capstone: Social Advocacy Best Practices

At the culmination of Public Relations Management, the capstone class for the public relations department at the Newhouse School, we were asked to write a best practices paper on a topic of interest within the world of public relations.

I chose to write mine on Corporate Social Advocacy seeing as it is an area close to my heart, as well as served as the backbone of my Renée Crown Honors Program Thesis.

PR Research: The Daily Orange

In "Public Relations Research," I was part of a research team that conducted a focus group, administered a survey and compiled a comprehensive research report to help Syracuse University's independent student newspaper The Daily Orange with their business objectives.

Below is an excerpt from the final report, including primary and secondary research, social analytics and recommendations, as well as a presentation that was shared with the client.
